PROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICE / VOICEMAIL

We provide you with a dedicated telephone number plus free voicemail.

Our receptionist answers all calls in your company name, announces callers and transfers them either to any other telephone number you provide, or to your voicemail.*

You are able to dial in to retrieve voicemail messages at your convenience.

MAILING SERVICE

We will provide you with a professional business address.

We will hold your mail for your collection or forward to any address provided by you, by first class post.**

THE SMALL PRINT

– All prices exclude VAT.

– Minimum term is 3 months where applicable, payable in advance, with one month’s notice to terminate.

– Purchase one of our services for 12 months and receive the first month FREE.

* Transferred calls are charged at standard rates.
** You will be invoiced for any standard postage and stationery charges incurred plus a handling fee of 15%.
